LHCC light hydrocarbon catalytic cracking technology for producing ethylene and propylene (patented technology)

[Application]

This technology is developed by the Lanzhou Chemical Research Center of the Petrochemical Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation and the Lanzhou Refining and Chemical Catalyst Plant as specialized catalysts.

This technology is developed by the Lanzhou Chemical Research Center of the Petrochemical Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation and the Lanzhou Refining and Chemical Catalyst Plant as specialized catalysts. The characteristics are as follows:

1. Achieve long-term operation through "catalyst diversion, catalyst oil rearrangement, and staged cracking";
2. Strong adaptability of raw materials, using full distillate naphtha, diesel distillate, hydrogenated tail oil and other raw materials;
3. The reaction conditions are mild, and the reaction temperature is 20 ℃ lower than similar technologies;
4. With the same olefin yield, the methane yield decreases by more than 15%;
5. Reaction heat balance, reducing fuel oil replenishment by more than 50% and lowering operating costs;
6. Pressure reaction and low steam consumption;
7. According to the properties of the raw materials, the yield of diene is 45% -59%.
