This technology is jointly developed with the Lanzhou Chemical Research Center of the Petrochemical Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation (referred to as the Lanzhou Center of the Petrochemical Institute), and its characteristics include:
1. The reaction of raw oil adopts catalyst dual circulation and staged cracking;
2. Rapid fluidized phase reactor to achieve optimization of conversion rate and olefin selectivity;
3. Low reaction temperature, low steam ratio, high pressure;
4. Compared with similar technologies, under the same propylene yield conditions, methane can be reduced by 25% and liquefied gas alkanes can be reduced by 10%, achieving high efficiency in increasing olefins.
