In the operation of catalytic devices, in order to achieve steam water separation, a large number of pipelines and valves are often required to be connected to the steam drum far away from the external heat exchanger, and the amount of steel, valves, and investment are also increased; In addition, due to the installation of the steam drum at a high altitude, corresponding steam drum frame platforms and pipe racks need to be set up, which takes up a lot of land, requires a large investment, and is inconvenient to arrange, install, and operate. And some projects have limited space, making it difficult to achieve equipment layout. Qingdao Jingrun has specially developed a steam drum integrated external heat exchanger for this purpose.
